Marie Hwang

Marie Hwang, Senior Consultant of LaunchPad Coworking, is a veteran interaction designer with a decade of experience designing enterprise level applications and transactional websites. She thrives on breaking down complicated problems, which she tackles with simple, streamlined solutions that are readily and easily accessible by all team members and clients. Her keys to success include keen analytical skills, the ability to process and synthesize multiple layers of data, and a gift for logical restructuring.

Upon earning a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie-Mellon University, Hwang went to work for Trilogy Software, where she served four years as a Human Computer Interaction Specialist for the Financial Services Business Unit. In 2003, Hwang joined Expero, Inc as a Senior Consultant where she designed exceptional user experiences for complex, web-based applications.

At LaunchPad Coworking, Hwang is working closely with Tori Breitling to create an optimized UI experience that goes beyond ease-of-use and enters the realm of loveable, efficient, and highly effective—in short: delightful. Her continuing goal is provide seamless, intuitive interfaces so that members can spend their time working, not navigating.
