Today, LaunchPad Coworking exists mostly in our minds, but increasingly in drawings and plans such as these:
It’s being designed and built by a group of people who care passionately about creating an inspiring, practical work environment.
This is a new kind of place to work, designed specifically for people who work independently. We’ll have desks and meeting rooms available by the hour, with discounts for big chunks of time, of course. You’ll have access to a super-fast secure network, printers, projectors, wide flatscreen monitors… we’ll even have spare chargers and noise-canceling headphones for you.
Of course, we’ll have old-fashioned things, too, like bathrooms, bike racks, comfy chairs, and conference tables :)
An important part of the ambience of LaunchPad Coworking is the attached LaunchPad Cafe. It’ll have fantastic specialty coffee drinks, light healthy food, and even beer and wine. And get this — you’ll be able to order from your desk. How cool is that?
