I'm interested because my <a href="http://www.cohousing.org/" rel="nofollow">cohousing</a> neighborhood held an eight-hour common-house kitchen redesign workshop (split over two days) this past weekend to figure out how to make ours easier, more ergonomic, and greener, while saving on the green. I got 80 out of 100... fooled by my bias against farmed fish and inexperience with in-door ice-cube makers. I like the way they worded some of the questions to throw out false hopes/promise... helps build inoculation against greenwashing. Good timing, Julie.
