So - which venue netted you the most “followed-up” resumes - those that got past first level screen? I like hiring online-savvy people through online venues, and LinkedIn has a bit higher barrier to entry than Craigslist - so my assumption would be, we get more “prequalified” follow-through folks from LI. But would love your take.

I got more response in general from Craigslist. In the case of the Assistant position, I got lots of promising resumes, but a lot more junk as well.
For the PM position Linkedin gave me fewer, but much higher quality respondents.
