There will be no gummy bread. No worries there. It&#039;ll be artisan bread, and all sandwiches will be freshly made.

We may end up making our own sauces. Depends on the final menu and staffing. We won&#039;t be doing any actual cooking - just prep, warming, and sandwich pressing.</description>

My one practical suggestion: just make sure not to use gummy bread for the sandwiches. You might think that this advice wouldn&#039;t be needed, but it&#039;s amazing how many otherwise good sandwiches places use bread that compresses into doughy clay and sticks to your teeth.</description>
